Open the Phone app
Tap the menu icon or three dots
Go to Settings
Tap Voicemail
Tap Voicemail settings or Advanced settings
Select Change PIN or Password
Enter your current voicemail password
Enter a new voicemail password
Re-enter the new password to confirm
Save the changes
If you do not see the option, call your carrier’s voicemail support number
If needed, reset the voicemail password through your carrier’s app or website
