Open Tinder and tap your profile icon
Go to Settings
Check whether Tinder is linked to Facebook, Google, or Apple
Update your birth date on the linked account if that is where Tinder pulls your age from
Save the changes on the linked account
Log out of Tinder and log back in
If your age still does not update, contact Tinder Support
If your age was entered incorrectly at signup, request a correction through Tinder Support
Be prepared to verify your identity if Tinder asks for it
