Use AA batteries; Oculus Quest 2 controllers are not rechargeable by cable
Open the battery compartment on each controller
Remove the old AA battery
Insert a new AA battery with the correct polarity
Close the battery compartment securely
Use rechargeable AA batteries if you want to recharge them separately
Charge rechargeable AA batteries in an external battery charger
Replace both controller batteries when needed
Check battery level in the Meta Quest app or headset settings
