Press Windows key + R
Type dxdiag and press Enter
In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, check the DirectX Version at the bottom of the System tab
Press Windows key + I
Go to System
Open Display
Click Advanced display
Check your graphics and driver details if needed
Open Command Prompt
Type wmic path win32_videocontroller get caption, driverversion
Press Enter
Compare your GPU driver and Windows version with DirectX support if necessary
