Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID
Click Mail
Open the Inbox or any other folder to view emails
Use the search bar to find specific messages
Check email in the Mail app on iPhone, iPad, or Mac if iCloud Mail is enabled
Open the Mail app and select the iCloud account
Refresh the mailbox to load new messages
Make sure Mail is turned on in iCloud settings
Verify that you are connected to the internet
Check spam, trash, and other folders for missing emails
