Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal: https://www.incometax.gov.in/
Click on “Quick Links”
Select “Link Aadhaar Status”
Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number
Click “View Link Aadhaar Status”
Check the status shown on the screen
If needed, log in to your Income Tax account
Go to “Profile Settings” or “My Profile”
Check the Aadhaar linking status in your profile details
You can also verify using the SMS service if available from the Income Tax Department
