Measure an existing ring’s inner diameter
Wrap a strip of paper or string around the finger
Mark where the ends meet
Measure the length with a ruler
Check the measurement against a ring size chart
Measure the finger at the end of the day
Measure when the finger is warm
Measure the exact finger the ring will be worn on
Repeat the measurement for accuracy
Compare with a jeweler’s sizing ring set
