Create an account if you do not already have one
Enter your EBT card number if prompted
Select the option to view your balance
Check your available SNAP or cash benefits
Review your recent transaction history if available
Use your state’s EBT mobile app if offered
Sign out after checking your balance
Contact the EBT customer service number on the back of your card if online access is unavailable
