How To Clean A Fan?

Unplug the fan

Move the fan to a well-ventilated, protected area

Remove the front grille (and rear grille if applicable) using the release clips or screws

Take out the blades

Wipe loose dust from the grille and blades with a dry microfiber cloth or soft brush

Vacuum dust from the grille openings and fan housing using a brush attachment

Wash removable plastic parts (grilles, blade guards) with warm water and mild dish soap

Rinse parts thoroughly and shake off excess water

Dry all parts completely with a clean towel and allow them to air-dry fully

Clean blade surfaces with a damp microfiber cloth; remove any grime with a mild soap solution if needed

Dry blades completely before reassembly

Wipe the motor housing and fan body with a slightly damp cloth

Avoid getting water into the motor, vents, or wiring

Remove stubborn residue with a cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol (for plastic parts only)

Reassemble the fan once all parts are fully dry

Plug in the fan and run briefly to confirm smooth operation
