Clean the charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth
Use a dry cotton swab for the Lightning or USB-C port
Avoid using liquid directly on the AirPods Pro or case
Avoid sharp objects, abrasive materials, and compressed air
Let all parts dry fully before using or charging again
