Scrape off food residue with a bench scraper or spatula
Wash with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap
Wipe both sides with a soft sponge or cloth
Rinse quickly with clean water
Dry immediately with a clean towel
Stand the board upright to air-dry completely
Do not soak the board in water
Do not put the board in the dishwasher
Remove odors and stains with coarse salt and lemon, then wipe clean
Sanitize occasionally with a diluted white vinegar solution
Apply food-safe mineral oil regularly to keep the bamboo conditioned
Let the board dry fully before storing
