Press Windows + R
Type msconfig and press Enter
Open the Services tab
Check Hide all Microsoft services
Click Disable all
Open the Startup tab
Click Open Task Manager
Disable all startup items
Close Task Manager
Click OK in System Configuration
Restart the computer
