Scrub gently with a soft toothbrush if needed
Rinse the cloth and wipe away any soap residue
Remove the insoles if they are removable and clean them separately
Air dry the shoes at room temperature
Stuff the shoes with paper to help them keep their shape
Keep them away from direct sunlight, heaters, and dryers
Deodorize with baking soda or shoe deodorizer if needed
Clean them regularly after climbing sessions
