How to Clean Climbing Shoes?

Remove loose dirt and chalk by tapping the shoes together

Brush the uppers, rand, and outsole with a soft brush

Wipe the shoes with a damp cloth

Use mild soap and water for stubborn dirt

Scrub gently with a soft toothbrush if needed

Rinse the cloth and wipe away any soap residue

Remove the insoles if they are removable and clean them separately

Air dry the shoes at room temperature

Stuff the shoes with paper to help them keep their shape
