Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it or switch off the circuit breaker
Remove the bottom rack
Take out the filter and rinse it under warm water
Use a soft brush to scrub the filter if needed
Check and clean the spray arms
Remove debris from the spray arm holes with a toothpick or soft brush
Wipe the door edges, gasket, and interior with a damp cloth
Clean the detergent dispenser and rinse aid compartment
Place a dishwasher-safe cup of white vinegar on the top rack
Run a hot water cycle
Sprinkle baking soda on the bottom of the tub
Run a short hot cycle
Reinstall the filter and bottom rack
Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and mild soap
