Turn off the stove and let the grates cool completely
Remove the grates from the stove
Shake off loose crumbs and debris
Soak the grates in hot, soapy water
Scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or brush
Use baking soda paste on stuck-on grease or stains
Let the paste sit for 15 to 30 minutes
Scrub again until clean
Rinse thoroughly with clean water
Dry completely with a towel
Let the grates air-dry fully before placing them back
Reinstall the grates on the stove
Clean regularly to prevent buildup
