Shut down the Mac and unplug it from power
Disconnect all accessories and cables
Use a clean, soft, lint-free microfiber cloth
Dampen the cloth lightly with water
Wipe the screen gently in circular motions
Do not spray liquid directly on the screen
Do not use paper towels, tissues, or rough cloths
Do not use window cleaner, ammonia, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners
Dry the screen with a separate dry microfiber cloth
Clean the edges and corners carefully
Let the screen fully dry before turning the Mac back on
