Check the care label
Blot the stain with a clean cloth
Rinse the stained area with cold water
Apply a small amount of liquid laundry detergent
Gently rub the fabric together or use a soft brush
Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes
Rinse again with cold water
Repeat if needed before drying
For tough stains, use a stain remover or oxygen bleach safe for white fabric
Wash the shirt in the hottest water safe for the fabric
Air-dry the shirt and check that the stain is gone before using a dryer
Avoid drying until the stain is fully removed
