Turn off the TV and unplug it
Let the screen cool completely
Use a dry microfiber cloth
Wipe gently in straight lines
Remove dust with light pressure
Dampen the microfiber cloth with distilled water if needed
Wring out the cloth so it is not wet
Wipe the screen gently with the damp cloth
Dry the screen immediately with a clean microfiber cloth
Clean the frame and edges with the same cloth
Use a screen-safe cleaner only if the manufacturer allows it
Spray cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the screen
Avoid paper towels, tissues, and rough cloths
Avoid ammonia, alcohol, bleach, and abrasive cleaners
Avoid pressing hard on the screen
Avoid getting moisture into vents or ports
