Dust woodwork with a soft microfiber cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment
Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water
Dampen a soft cloth with the solution and wring it out well
Wipe the woodwork gently along the grain
Use a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue
Dry immediately with a soft towel
For stubborn grime, use a cloth lightly dampened with diluted white vinegar
Test any cleaner on a hidden area first
Avoid soaking the wood
Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, and excess water
Apply wood polish or conditioner if appropriate for the finish
