Turn off your phone
Unplug all cables and remove the case
Wash and dry your hands
Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth
Lightly dampen the cloth with water or 70% isopropyl alcohol
Wipe the screen, back, and sides gently
Use a dry microfiber cloth to remove moisture
Clean ports and speaker grilles with a dry soft brush or toothpick carefully
Clean the case separately with mild soap and water if it is removable
Let everything dry completely before turning the phone back on
Avoid spraying liquid directly on the phone
Avoid bleach, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners
