Open the app
Check the app’s settings for a cache or storage option
Tap Clear Cache if available
If no clear cache option exists, delete the app
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap iPhone Storage
Find the app
Tap Delete App
Reinstall the app from the App Store
Clear Safari cache by going to Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Clear History and Website Data
Restart the iPhone if needed
