Press the Home button on the remote
Open Settings
Select General
Select Storage or Device Care
Select Internal Storage
Choose Cached Data
Select Clear Cache
Confirm if prompted
Power off the TV
Unplug the TV from power for 60 seconds
Plug the TV back in and turn it on
For app cache, open the app
Go to the app’s settings or clear data option if available
Uninstall and reinstall the app if cache cannot be cleared directly
