To clear website data only, go to Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Advanced
Tap Website Data
Tap Remove All Website Data
To clear cache for a specific site, go to Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Advanced
Tap Website Data
Swipe left on the site and tap Delete
