Open Facebook app on your phone
Go to Settings & privacy
Tap Settings
Tap Media and contacts (or Media)
Tap Browser and app storage
Tap Clear cache
Confirm when prompted
Open Facebook in a web browser on your computer
Open your browser settings
Go to Privacy, Security, or Clear browsing data
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Choose a time range (All time)
Click Clear data
Reload Facebook
Clear Facebook app cache on Android (alternative)
Open Settings on your phone
Tap Apps (or App management)
Select Facebook
Tap Storage
Tap Clear cache
Restart the app
Clear Facebook app cache on iPhone (if available)
Delete and reinstall the Facebook app
Reopen the app and sign in again if prompted
