How To Clear Outlook Cache?

Close Outlook

Open File Explorer

In the address bar, enter `%localappdata%MicrosoftOutlook`

Delete the contents of the Outlook cache folder

Open File Explorer

In the address bar, enter `%localappdata%MicrosoftOffice16.0OfficeFileCache`

Delete the files in the OfficeFileCache folder

Open Outlook

Go to `File`

Select `Options`

Select `Advanced`

Under `Outlook start and exit`, select `AutoArchive Settings` if needed

Go to `File`

Select `Account Settings`

Select `Account Settings` again

Select the email account

Click `Change`

Click `More Settings`

Go to the `Advanced` tab

Clear the `Download shared folders` option if applicable

Restart Outlook

If using Outlook on the web, clear the browser cache and cookies

If using the Outlook mobile app, clear the app cache from device settings or reinstall the app
