Open Settings
Go to System
Select Storage
Click Temporary files
Select the files you want to remove
Click Remove files
Open Run
Type `%temp%`
Press Enter
Select all files
Delete the files
Open Run
Type `temp`
Press Enter
Select all files
Delete the files
Open Run
Type `prefetch`
Press Enter
Select all files
Delete the files
Open Disk Cleanup
Select the drive
Check Temporary files
Click OK
Click Delete Files
Empty the Recycle Bin
