Select the rows you want to collapse
Go to the Data tab
Click Group in the Outline section
Choose Rows and click OK
Click the minus sign to collapse the grouped rows
Click the plus sign to expand the grouped rows
Use Subtotal to automatically create collapsible groups
Use PivotTables to collapse and expand row details
Hide rows manually if you only need to temporarily collapse them
