Open the Photos app
Select the two pictures
Tap Share
Choose Print
Pinch out on the preview to open it as a full image
Tap Share again
Save the image to Files or Photos
Use the Shortcuts app to create a custom photo-combining shortcut
Use a third-party collage app from the App Store
Use the Markup tool in Messages or Notes to place images together manually
