Install or update the Android Auto app if needed
Enable Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location on your phone
Use a high-quality USB cable for wired connection
Plug your phone into the car’s USB port
Follow the on-screen prompts on your phone and car display
Accept the required permissions on your phone
Select Android Auto on the car’s infotainment screen
For wireless connection, pair your phone with the car via Bluetooth first
Connect to the car’s Wi-Fi when prompted
Open Android Auto if it does not start automatically
Keep your phone unlocked during the first setup
Restart the phone and car system if connection fails
