Turn on the Epson printer
Connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable, or connect both to the same Wi-Fi network
Install the latest Epson printer driver from the Epson support website
Open the downloaded driver file and follow the on-screen setup steps
Select the connection type during setup: USB, wireless, or Ethernet
If using Wi-Fi, enter the wireless network name and password when prompted
Add the printer on your computer:
On Windows, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Add device
On Mac, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Add Printer
Select your Epson printer from the list
Set it as the default printer if needed
Print a test page to confirm the connection
