Turn on the Logitech mouse
Insert or charge the mouse battery if needed
Put the mouse in pairing mode
On your MacBook, open System Settings
Click Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth on
Wait for the Logitech mouse to appear in the device list
Click Connect next to the mouse name
Follow any on-screen pairing prompts
Test the mouse movement and clicks
If using a USB receiver, plug the receiver into the MacBook or a USB adapter
If needed, install Logitech Options or Logi Options+ from Logitech
If the mouse does not connect, turn Bluetooth off and on again
If needed, remove the mouse from Bluetooth devices and pair it again
