Use a USB cable to connect the mobile to the PC

Open File Explorer on the PC
Access the mobile storage from the connected device list
Use Bluetooth on both devices and pair them
Send or receive files through Bluetooth
Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network
Use a file transfer app or wireless sharing app
Enable USB tethering on the mobile if you want internet sharing
Use a hotspot on the mobile and connect the PC to it
Use screen mirroring or remote access software if needed
