Draw the angle with vertex (V) and sides (VA) and (VB)
Place the compass point at (V) and draw an arc that intersects both sides of the angle at points (P) and (Q)
Keep the same compass width and draw an arc from (P) inside the angle
Without changing the compass width, draw another arc from (Q) so that it intersects the first arc at point (R)
Draw a straight line from (V) through (R)
The line (VR) is the angle bisector
