Open the email you want to convert
Click the print option
Select Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF
Choose the destination folder
Click Save
Open the saved PDF to verify it
On mobile, open the email and use Share or Print
Select Save to Files or Save as PDF
Save the file to your device
Use an email client or browser print feature if the app does not support PDF export
If needed, forward the email to yourself and print the forwarded message as PDF
