Open the Excel file
Select the cells you want to convert
Copy the selected cells
Open the Word document
Paste the copied content into Word
Choose a paste option if needed
Save the Word document
Use Paste Special if you want a linked or formatted table
Insert the Excel file as an object if you want to embed the spreadsheet
Save as PDF first if you need to preserve layout before moving to Word
