Open Microsoft Word
Insert the image into the document
Right-click the image and select Copy Text from Picture if available
If the option is not available, use OneNote to extract the text
Paste the image into OneNote
Right-click the image in OneNote and select Copy Text from Picture
Return to Word and paste the copied text
If needed, use Microsoft Lens or another OCR tool to convert the image to text first
Copy the extracted text into Word
