Preheat the oven to 350°F
Remove the turkey from the packaging
Remove the giblets and neck from the turkey cavity
Pat the turkey dry with paper towels
Season the turkey as desired
Place flour inside the turkey bag and shake to coat the inside lightly
Put the turkey bag into a roasting pan
Place the turkey in the bag
Add any vegetables or aromatics if desired
Close the bag with the provided tie or closure
Cut a few small slits in the top of the bag for steam to escape
Place the roasting pan in the oven
Roast until the turkey reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh
Check the bag instructions for exact cooking time based on turkey weight
Remove the turkey from the oven
Let the turkey rest in the bag for 15 to 20 minutes
Carefully cut open the bag
Transfer the turkey to a serving platter
Carve and serve
