Preheat the oven to 300°F to 325°F
Pat the boneless pork ribs dry with paper towels
Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Optional: coat the ribs with barbecue sauce or a dry rub
Place the ribs in a baking dish or on a foil-lined baking sheet
Cover tightly with foil
Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, until tender
Remove the foil during the last 15 to 20 minutes
Brush with barbecue sauce if desired
Increase the oven to 400°F if you want the sauce to caramelize faster
Bake uncovered until the sauce is sticky and the ribs are browned
Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F minimum
Let the ribs rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving
