Chicken breast (boneless, skinless): 360°F (182°C) for 12–18 minutes, flip halfway
Chicken breast (bone-in): 360°F (182°C) for 18–25 minutes, flip halfway
Chicken thighs (boneless): 380°F (193°C) for 14–20 minutes, flip halfway
Chicken thighs (bone-in): 380°F (193°C) for 20–26 minutes, flip halfway
Chicken drumsticks: 380°F (193°C) for 20–28 minutes, flip halfway
Chicken wings: 380°F (193°C) for 18–25 minutes, toss/flip halfway
For breaded chicken: spray breading lightly with oil and cook 360–380°F (182–193°C) until 165°F (74°C)
Flip or shake halfway through cooking for even crisping
Rest cooked chicken 3–5 minutes before serving
