How To Cook Fondant?

Combine sugar, glucose syrup, and water in a saucepan

Heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves

Stop stirring once the mixture begins to boil

Cook to the desired temperature, usually 234–240°F

Remove from heat

Let cool slightly without stirring

Beat or knead until the fondant turns opaque and thick

Store in an airtight container until ready to use
