Heat a skillet over medium heat
Add a small amount of oil if needed
Add ground turkey to the skillet
Break it apart with a spatula
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes
Stir occasionally
Continue cooking until no pink remains
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Season with salt, pepper, and desired spices
Drain excess liquid if needed
Use in tacos, pasta, rice bowls, soups, or casseroles
