Add eggs, oil, or melted butter if the mix calls for them
Stir until just combined
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat
Lightly grease the cooking surface with butter or oil
Pour batter onto the hot skillet in desired pancake size
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set
Flip the pancake
Cook the other side until golden brown
Remove from the skillet
Repeat with the remaining batter
Serve warm with toppings of choice
