Thaw frozen snow crab legs in the refrigerator overnight or under cold running water
Rinse the crab legs briefly under cold water
Fill a large pot with 2 to 3 inches of water
Add a steamer basket if available
Bring the water to a boil
Place the crab legs in the steamer basket or directly in the pot
Cover the pot with a lid
Steam for 5 to 7 minutes if thawed
Steam for 8 to 10 minutes if frozen
Remove the crab legs with tongs
Serve with melted butter, lemon, or your preferred seasoning
