Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Cook for 6 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer
Remove at 125°F for rare
Remove at 135°F for medium-rare
Remove at 145°F for medium
Remove at 150°F for medium-well
Remove at 160°F for well-done
Let the steak rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing
