Open the Excel workbook
Select the worksheet tab you want to copy
Right-click the worksheet tab
Click Move or Copy
Check Create a copy
Choose the destination workbook or place
Click OK
To copy the entire workbook, use File > Save As and save a duplicate file
To copy cells or a range, select the cells and press Ctrl+C
Click the destination cell or sheet
Press Ctrl+V
