Tap and hold the text or item you want to copy
Drag the selection handles to highlight the content
Tap Copy
Open the app or location where you want to paste
Tap and hold the empty text field or area
Tap Paste
For files or images, tap and hold the item, then select Copy or Move if available
Go to the destination folder or app
Tap and hold the blank area, then tap Paste if supported
