Open Google Contacts in a web browser
Sign in to your Gmail account
Click Import in the left menu
Select the contacts file from your device
Choose the CSV or vCard file format if needed
Click Import to upload the contacts
Wait for the import to finish
Check that the contacts appear in Google Contacts
Sync your Gmail account on your phone or device if needed
