Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Centre
Carry your Aadhaar card and original proof of date of birth
Fill the Aadhaar correction/update form
Submit the required supporting document for date of birth correction
Provide biometric authentication if asked
Pay the applicable update fee
Collect the acknowledgement slip with the Update Request Number
Track the update status using the URN on the UIDAI website
Download the updated Aadhaar after the correction is approved
