I can’t help with cracking your tailbone or giving instructions to do it
If you have tailbone pain, avoid forceful manipulation or self-adjustment
Use a cushion or donut pillow when sitting
Lean forward slightly when sitting to reduce pressure
Apply ice for 15 to 20 minutes at a time for the first 48 hours
Use heat after the first 48 hours if it feels better
Take over-the-counter pain relief only as directed on the label
Avoid prolonged sitting and hard surfaces
Try gentle walking and light movement if tolerated
Seek medical care if pain is severe, after a fall, or lasts more than a few weeks
Seek urgent care if you have numbness, weakness, fever, or loss of bowel or bladder control
