Go to the Google Workspace website
Click Start free trial or Get started
Enter your business name, number of employees, and country
Provide your contact information
Choose whether you already have a domain or need to buy one
If you have a domain, enter it
If you do not have a domain, purchase one through Google or another registrar
Create your admin account username and password
Verify your domain ownership
Set up your business email address
Choose a Google Workspace plan
Enter billing details
Complete the setup
Sign in to Gmail with your new business email address
Add users and create additional business email accounts as needed
